Early in his career, Mr. Satnick represented clients in a variety of litigation matters in State and Federal court across Southern California. Today, Mr. Satnick handles a range of legal matters for his diverse clientele. Generally, his practice covers business litigation and transactions, real estate disputes, and general tort practice. Examples of specific matters include breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, unfair competition, trade secret law, fraud, employment claims, copyright, and securities.
Adam's philosophy is to make the legal practice noble and personable again. He keeps a small clientele to provide near-obsessive focus on his clients' matters.
