Mr. Greenberg focuses his practice on local, state, and federal tax matters. Prior to founding the firm, Mr. Greenberg represented hundreds of clients in matters such as the reduction of tax liabilities via offer in compromise or tax statute of limitations, the release and return of various types of levies, audits, penalty assessments, and abatements, advising on business entity formation, cannabis taxation issues, and taxation of business entities, among others.
