Mr. Gorginian is an attorney focused on bankruptcy for both individuals and businesses. His experience stems from an externship with U.S. Bankruptcy Court with the Honorable Sandra Klein and Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals with the Bankruptcy Appellate Panel. Thereafter, Mr. Gorginian focused on chapter 11 reorganizations and went on to join Arent Fox LLP where he worked with larger corporate restructuring cases.
Mr. Gorginian also enjoys teaching as an associate professor for upper-division business law at California State University, Northridge; bankruptcy law at Glendale University College of Law; and business law at Glendale Community College. Mr. Gorginian enjoys spending his time with volunteering with inner-city kids to improve their education and opportunities in life.
